The BioFoundry® BioAPI 2.0 Reference Implementation which fullyimplements the ISO BioAPI specification, ISO/IEC 19784-1, is now availablefor Windows and Linux. BioAPI 2.0 introduced several important newfeatures, while extending the component model of BioAPI 1.1. BioAPI 2.0 isthe result of a series of simplifications and enhancements made to BioAPI1.1, taking into account feedback received from the users of BioAPI 1.1.The Linux implementation now makes available to Linux developers theimportant new features and benefits introduced by BioAPI 2.0.
